Ryan Herd
I don’t have a set routine. Routines are boring! I wake up day to day and I challenge myself to keep going no matter how unorthodox life maybe! My goal is to create a lifestyle for myself that I don’t need a vacation from so that I can continue to create avenues for my staff to be successful. Being able to put someone in a position to win is my motivation because after all that’s what being a leader is all about!
A professional with an attractive “alter-ego”, Ryan LaShay, grabs people’s attention just with her presence, smile, and energy. To add more fuel to the fire her amazing imagination gives customers WOW-factors through each sip of any cocktail she creates!
The Jackson, Mississippi native has been bartending since 2016. Her energy and will to be the best in this industry didn’t start when she realized her love for the bartending industry. “I’ve always been a leader, from high school to college sports; being a winner is just in my DNA. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur because of the freedom to live life on my own terms.” She was heavily influenced by her father who is also an entrepreneur who she remembers was stern but soft on her being the only girl amongst her brothers. He would make me get up with him every Saturday rising to cut grass with him in our community. I didn’t understand it then but I’m grateful for it now. My parents instilled in me the importance of hard work, determination, and the will to win.”
BartenderRyan, is an experience created to begin the journey of living life how I see fit. I love creating and crafting cocktails, it’s truly my passion. The brand itself represents the experience “I look for” while I’m out on the town dining in the best ambiance a city may have to offer. Good vibes, smiles, fun, & positivity is the ultimate experience in my opinion.
Ryan, while living in Atlanta, Ga decided to take a trade school course in 2015 to learn the art of bartending and it’s been HERstory ever since. Coming back to MISSISSIPPI to reset her journey was the best decision she made.
A true professional with expertise in both the night scene atmosphere and 5-star dining sectors. She started bartending private parties in 2017 and five years later in October 2021 she formed TheBartenderRyan Bartending Company; where she prides herself on the “BartenderRyan” experience!
Owning and managing a business is different than what I expected, I’m learning every day and continuing to be a student of the game so that I can be the Pilar for my team to show them anything is possible as long as you stay focused on the goal.
As she continues to grow in business, BartenderRyan is starting to become the talk of the bar scene! She’s a vibrant beast with a smile serving the tastiest creations that she often times curates herself “ON THE SPOT”. Her motivation is to be better than she was yesterday! As long as that goal is accomplished she feels like a winner!
